Shipping Information
eCigs.com offers a wide variety of shipping options from multiple carriers. Shipping quotes are estimated at checkout, based upon the total weight of your order and shipping speed. To reflect the policies of our carriers, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. eCigs.com does not charge any handling fees on shipments within the USA.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
We ship 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), excluding major US holidays. Please Note: Orders placed after 6:00pm Thursday night will not ship until Monday Morning. If you place your overnight order after 3pm on Friday, your order will not ship until Monday.
Domestic Orders (inside the United States)
We have both flat rate and expedited shipping options available. If you are having your order shipped to a PO Box, you must use either Flat Rate shipping or USPS Priority Mail. We never inflate the costs of our products in order to offer “Free Shipping”.
Always allow at least 48 hours for a carrier system to update when seeking tracking information.
*Selecting a faster shipping method will not affect the amount of time required for processing prior to shipment.
International Orders
International orders can take from 7 to 30 business days to arrive, depending upon the country being shipped to and the shipping method chosen. We take great care in packaging our international shipments, and do everything in our power to expedite the arrival of your order. We are very experienced with shipping e cigarette products internationally and have successfully delivered our merchandise to over 100 countries. Unfortunately, no matter how experienced the shipper, delays do sometimes occur at the hands of National Customs.
Important Note on International Destinations (Non-USA)
Several countries have placed restrictions on the importation of e cigarette products. We will ship anywhere; however, eCigs.com does not take responsibility for packages seized by customs in nations that have expressly banned the use of e cigarette products. While we abide by the laws of the countries in which we physically operate, it is your responsibility to know the laws and restrictions in your home country.
Important Stuff
• Orders to PO Boxes must ship with $5.00 Flat Rate, USPS Priority Mail, or International Express service
• Unlike many of our competitors, we do not inflate the cost of products in order to offer "Free Shipping" services
• International Orders (outside the USA) take 7 to 30 business days + possible customs clearance time
• For accurate tracking information, allow 48 hours for carrier systems to update
• International shipments may be subject to Customs delays
• International shipments may be subject to duty or VAT charges (these are calculated independently by each country)
*Overnight shipping orders placed before 3:00PM are processed the same day.
