To process a return

• Step 1: Make sure you have your order number, name or email address on-hand.
• Step 2: Login to your eCigs.com account and click on the link that says “completed orders”. You will then see a list of the orders which you have placed with us on this website.
• Step 3: Identify the order which you would like to return and click the “return items” button.
• Step 4: Fill out the Return Request form and then submit it. Once your request is approved, you will receive your Return ID via email. If you have any trouble submitting the Return Request form, contact eCigs.com customer service, toll free at 877-676-7887. 
• Step 5: When you receive your Return ID #, ship the product with your return ID# clearly marked on the outside of the package to:

Products must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please be sure to prominently display your Return ID on the outside of the package. If you did not receive a Return ID, please contact our support department and we will be happy to look it up for you.

All eCigs.com batteries and accessories, excluding cartridges and Disposables, may be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.

eCigs.com makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Lifetime Warranty.  We do not offer refunds on flavor cartridges or V2 Disposables. Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to eCigs.com Starter Kits in their original packaging which have been purchased through eCigs.com. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received within 30-days of the original purchase date. eCigs.com does not refund shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error.
